Renting in Budapest

Apartments for rent in District VIII, Budapest

District VIII, Józsefváros, is where we let the most apartments: the Palace Quarter behind the National Museum, the Corvin area and the streets around the universities.

The inner part of the district, the Palace Quarter (Palotanegyed), is full of aristocratic buildings, small squares and cafés, a few minutes from Kálvin tér and Astoria. Further out, Corvin has been largely rebuilt with new residential blocks and a shopping street.

Rents are among the most affordable in central Pest for the space you get, which makes Józsefváros popular with students of Semmelweis, ELTE and the other universities nearby, and with young professionals.

Who it suits

Students, young professionals and tenants who want more space for their budget, close to the centre.
