Rented an apartment with them from September last year to this year, it took a few days for the owner to make a decision but when that decision was finally made, the contract and payments were done swiftly and professionally. Always managed to get quick help to fix problems as long as it didn't happen during the weekend or late Friday evening, and the Handyman was extremely friendly, they have their own so the consistency helps. As long as you read your contract well, there will be no bad surprises along the way. Overall i am very satisfied with my choice, mainly chosen because of safety, you know what you're getting so you can feel at ease away from other possible scams.
