In 2023, Story's Immobilier partnered with an investor to bring to life an exceptional project at 12 Falk Miksa utca, in the heart of Budapest's 5th district. Set within one of the tallest buildings in the area, we designed two penthouses featuring private terraces and 360° views over the city: the Parliament, the Danube and all of the capital's iconic landmarks unfold before your eyes.

THE TWO PENTHOUSES
Each penthouse unfolds across two levels, designed to combine intimacy and openness.
The lower floor houses the living spaces, with generous reception rooms, open kitchens and direct access to the Falk Miksa Street balcony. The upper floor is dedicated to the private quarters, bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing rooms, bathed in natural light.
Above, the rooftop level reveals what makes this project truly unique: two private terraces of 50 m² and 60 m², offering uninterrupted 360° views over Budapest, with the Parliament and the Danube as a permanent backdrop.

THE PROJECT IN 2023
Where it all began
When we acquired the top floors of this building in 2023, the spaces were raw: exposed steel framework, bare walls, terraces still under construction. Yet the potential was already there — the ceiling height, the light, and above all the breathtaking views over Budapest, the Parliament and the Danube. These images capture the starting point of an exceptional transformation: the raw material of two unique penthouses.
